Summary

**OBJETIVO DEL CARGO**:
Liderar el departamento de recursos humanos de forma estratégica de tal forma que pueda ser un soporte y asesor para todas las áreas del hotel, a través de políticas claras que permitan practicas alineadas con el propósito y valores de Hyatt

**PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES**:

- Asesorar a los Directores, gerente general y gerentes de área en implementación de políticas y relaciones laborales
- Atender requerimientos de colegas de los diferentes departamentos del hotel
- Mediar en las relaciones gerente-colega, colega-colega cuando la situación así lo requiera, siempre procurando el bienestar de todas las partes.
- Diseñar programas de bienestar de acuerdo a las necesidades de los colegas del hotel y ajustados de acuerdo a la realidad del mercado.
- Asegurar que el proceso de orientación para nuevos colegas introduzca adecuadamente a los mismos en la cultura corporativa.
- Junto al Gerente de aprendizaje y desarrollo diseñar, y monitorear la estrategia de aprendizaje y desarrollo del hotel

**Qualifications**:
PERFIL DEL CARGO

**Educación/Formación**:
Profesional en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Administración turística y hotelera o carreras afines.

Formación en Recursos Humanos es deseable

**Idiomas**:
Inglés Fluido para lectura, conversación y escritura

**Experiência**:
Mínimo 3 años de experiência liderando equipos de Recursos Humanos.
