Only 28% of software engineering jobs are held by women. Only 5% of IT jobs are held by Black people and only 11% by LGBTQIA+. Traditional bootcamps charge high fees with no guarantee of job placement. Enterprise organizations spend time and money on hiring but often lack retention. There is a war on talent and corporations are being held accountable for hiring more underrepresented groups, but many struggle to attract and retain this talent.

As part of our global expansion, this role will be based in Bogota, Colombia with our new LATAM team.

**How can you help to advance our mission?**

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer and Content Creator for our Marketing Strategy Team. The ideal person should have existing skills in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Canva, and video editing. The person should also be able to copyright and help design Web Pages (UX). Fluency in English is a must.

**Your skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in a Graphic Design or Content Creation role.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
