**Position Title: International Product Manager**
**Location: Remote**
**Schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.**
**Salary: Competitive**

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Development**:

- Develop comprehensive product documentation, including technical requirements, commercial presentations, and use cases based on internal and external customer feedback.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to implement the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with international operations.
- Define and update homologation requirements for testing new services with various platforms, providers, and vendors based on client requests.
- Collaborate with product management peers in other countries for strategies and implementation of Connectivity, Collaboration, Cloud, and Security solutions as part of an as-a-Service strategy.
- Work on BSS/OSS activities for new services and updates to existing services.

**Program Management**:

- Evaluate program objectives and requirements, identify internal stakeholders and potential challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Communicate requirements, establish shared objectives and expectations, define schedules, and ensure proactive and timely communication with customers.
- Supervise team members' documentation and task completion, and provide accurate project scopes and meeting minutes to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
- +5 years of experience in a technical product management role for Telecommunications and Information Technology in international markets.
- Solid experience with connectivity and cloud technologies (SDWAN, Ethernet, MPLS, Internet, Cloud Connect).
- Strong technical knowledge of IoT technologies and Communication solutions (Unified Communications, SIP Trunking, voice integration).
- Experience in Cybersecurity solutions (SASE, Managed Perimeter Security, MDRs, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing).
- Team-building experience and excellent communication skills.
- Outcome-driven with the ability to define concrete metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.
Program management experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
