We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Construction Estimator (Remote)** to handle quantity takeoffs and material estimates across all scopes of work. This role will be responsible for reviewing construction plans and generating accurate, digitized takeoffs for residential remodels, single-family new builds, and large-scale commercial multifamily projects. As an Estimator, you will be a key player in our development process, providing the precise quantities that drive procurement, budgeting, and scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review architectural and engineering plans for residential, new construction, and multifamily commercial projects
- Perform detailed digital takeoffs and prepare quantity estimates for all construction scopes
- Break down material and labor requirements by trade and scope
- Provide purchasing and management teams with accurate quantities for pricing and procurement
- Ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and aligned with project specifications and timelines
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and purchasing team members to clarify details and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of takeoffs, revisions, and supporting documentation
- Continuously improve estimation processes and leverage software to increase efficiency

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, or a related role
- Proficiency with digital takeoff and estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and scopes across residential and commercial projects
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction management platforms is a plus
