**Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with the Customer Value Management team to understand the customer's adoption
- Execute win/win negotiation strategies that maximize the contract value while protecting and enhancing customer trust
- Participate in Customer Value Reviews and Renewal Meetings regularly
- The Renewal Analyst will work closely with the Sales and Customer Value Management team to help drive our 95% renewal rates and minimize customer churn
- Partner with the Sales/CVM team to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Work alongside the Customer Value Management team and other departments like Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal, among others
- Become well versed on customer's ROI and value proposition of Coupa
- Proactively maintain and update forecast in Salesforce for renewal closure and next steps updates
- Follow best practices for all internal processes including, updating opportunities and forecasting updates

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or Finance
- Comfortable partnering with different individuals across the organization and executive management
- Strong customer-facing skills, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and an ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills (with 3+ years of proven experience working with external clients is ideal)
- Experience in Procurement is a plus, Sourcing and or Project Management
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
