Job Description:
As a Senior Paralegal specializing in personal injury law, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and managing a high-volume caseload. Your primary responsibility will involve handling various aspects of personal injury cases, from initial client intake to case resolution. Experience with Filevine is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of 100-120 personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct client intake interviews and gather relevant information.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including legal research and document review.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files using Filevine or similar case management software.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law.
- Proven experience managing a high-volume caseload of 100-120 cases.
- Proficiency in Filevine or similar case management software is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
