We are looking for our next Accounting to report analyst based in Bogota, Colombia.

Position Description:
The Local ATR Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function for North America.
- You will be responsible to provide support on General Accounting processes, ex: Balance Sheet reconciliations, accounting analysis for North America, forecast among others.
- Summarize data for account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Analyzes balance sheet profit and loss statements, and consolidated financial documents.
- Assists with monthly and quarterly closings within the department.
- Areas of focus include period end closing, financial reporting, and financial statements reviewing.

- Support Leading financial activities including corporate reporting, financial statements reviewing, also journal entry and month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities
- You will be accountable to perform accounting activities
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Supporting leading others and follow up of the operational duties assigned within the team

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Professional in: Accounting, Finance or related.
- A minimum of 4 years of accounting and finance experience.
- Experience handling important information and documents.
- General systems proficiency and systems learning agility are required (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Be open to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies.
- Know how to prioritize tasks, be very organized.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) is desirable
- Advanced English level (required)
