Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you are a thought leader tasked with implementing a clear overall quality strategy with scalable processes/tools/systems that allow resource efficient monitoring of decision accuracy and surface overall user experience issues fast and effectively to define appropriate continuous improvement programs. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: designing and implementing a robust review and process improvement strategy for our people operations department. As a **Human Resources Business Analyst **you will assess, report and analyze data that supports and impacts decision-making channels that support our greatest commodity - OUR PEOPLE. You will stay connected to the needs of the People Operations team by being an integral part of the team. What else? Well, in terms of transformation, you will passionately tell the story of our human capital by outlining trends and providing insights. You will quantify business cases and drive cross-functional partners to change our systems, processes and policies to achieve better outcomes. You will find creative workarounds for quality issues where our tools are the root cause and a technical solution is not imminent. **Requirements**: - 2-3 years of experience in a analyst or similar role. - Human Resource understanding or knowledge (preferred not required) - Someone with a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce results. - Demonstrated ability to perform well in a rapidly changing and extremely global team. - Strong practical experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions). - Knowledge and expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Automation, visualization tools such as Power BI and other similar tools. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong critical thinking and exceptional problem solving skills. - Proven track record of breaking down complex processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements at the regional or global level. - Someone who has a passion for our mission of ensuring a world class support experience for our community. **About Us**: TaskUs is the fastest growing tech-enabled business services company in the world, delivering the customer support, AI operations and content security services that power the world's most innovative companies.
