**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Edit real estate photos and videos to enhance their quality and visual appeal.
- Ensure consistency in editing style and branding across all materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver accordingly.
- Edit images to remove imperfections, adjust lighting, and improve overall composition.
- Edit videos to create engaging and informative content for property listings.
- Perform people editing as needed, including retouching, background removal, and composite imaging.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and techniques to continuously improve editing skills and stay ahead of the curve.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in photo and video editing, preferably in real estate photography.
- Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

Pay: $1,500,000 - $2,000,000 per month
