Como Customer Service Representative, deberás brindar asistencia a clientes interesados en adquirir servicios de estilo de vida para la industria multifamiliar, ofrecer tareas diarias, y servicios de limpieza a comunidades de apartamentos en Estados Unidos.
**Horario**: disponibilidad de **lunes a domingo de 7am a 9pm con 2 días off**
**Lugar**: Cali, presencial.
**¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?**
- Proporcionar una experiência de cliente encantadora a través de la gestión de correos electrónicos entrantes, mensajes de texto, chat y llamadas salientes.
- Supervisar las reservas en curso, ayudar a los proveedores de servicios a resolver problemas y garantizar la finalización puntual de los servicios.
- Generar comunicaciones salientes de texto, llamadas o correo electrónico para abordar de forma proactiva los problemas con las reservas. Realizar tareas administrativas de forma organizada y puntual.
- Capaz de resolver problemas en el momento y ejecutar soluciones con criterio firme.
**¿Cuáles son los requisitos?**
- Experiência mínimo de 3-6 meses en customer service
- Excelente nível de inglés.
- Excelente actitud positiva.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, multitasking. Manejo de Microsoft Office.
- Experiência previa en atención al cliente, multifamiliar, inmobiliaria o en hostelería.
