As a **AR ,** you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and administrative processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Review, enter, and approve carrier and vendor invoices while maintaining compliance with company standards.
- Resolve billing issues, including rebills, disputes, and inquiries, by collaborating with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Monitor collections activity, perform follow-up calls, and manage customer credit holds proactively.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Support onboarding of new customers by ensuring accurate setup and seamless billing integration.
- Provide documentation and support to customers and carriers as needed, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to assist with overflow tasks or provide coverage when necessary.
- Contribute to general accounting and administrative tasks, supporting the overall efficiency of the finance team.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Education**: Desirable Studies inAccounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- **Experience**:3+ years of accounting experience (A/R required; A/P support a plus)
- Experience with receivables, payables, reconciliations, and reporting TMS, QuickBooks Online, and Excel
- **Language**: Good English skills. B2 or higher level is preferred.
