**Descripción**:
El rol de Ingreso de Datos de Reclamos es responsable de ingresar información de manera eficiente, confiable y precisa en el sistema de la empresa para su posterior procesamiento en el proceso de adjudicación de reclamos.

**RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES**:
**Funciones Esenciales**:

- Validar solicitudes de reclamos.
- Verificar datos recibidos por correo electrónico.
- Ingresar datos de facturas recibidas.
- Registrar información bancaria.
- Realizar conversiones de moneda.
- Compilar y categorizar documentos presentados.
- Validar duplicados antes de la entrada.
- Asignar números de reclamo.

**Requisitos (Conocimientos y Habilidades)**:

- Estudiante o graduado en Educación Superior en Administración de Empresas u campos relacionados.
- Mínimo de un año de experiência como operador de ingreso de datos.
- Competencia en utilidades de Microsoft Office.
- Comunicación efectiva, tanto oral como escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Dinámico y enérgico.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones orales y escritas.
