**Responsibilities**:
As a Software Engineer Specialist at Scotiabank, you will play a vital role in supporting several business lines leveraging call recording and workforce management optimization tool.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Application Support**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Verint v15.
- Execute incident and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage technical aspects of vendor deliverables in enterprise solutions, including adherence to budget, timelines, quality and accuracy of technical deliverables.
**2. Technical Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and other programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and MS SQL queries.
- Hold relevant certifications, such as Microsoft OS/MS certifications.
- Familiarity with Genesys CCaaS (CX) environment.
**3. Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
- Leads implementation, integration, security and programming best practices by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of solution components, delivery methods and abilities
- On-call support, including weekends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable.
- Financial industry experience is desirable.
