**Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Ability to understand the functional and non-functional requirements, design a solution and implement the design after an architect has reviewed it.
- Analyze risks and escalate problems in meeting system requirements.
- Ensure software development is compliant with industry and Company-specific standards, policies, and processes.
- Actively contribute to and participate in knowledge-sharing ceremonies, such as technical workshops, brown bags, and hackathons.
- A quest to experiment and learn new technologies for newer product areas while being open to making changes in the legacy code and identifying improvement opportunities.

Workplace: 100% remote from anywhere in LATAM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a Software Developer role.
- Mastery in Object-Oriented Design, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Programming, including complete software development life cycle.
- Exposure to OOPS concepts and Java programming.
- Experience in services, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Exposure to version control management tools such as SVN, Git, etc.
- Experience in JDBC, SQL, and relational database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 is required.
- Working knowledge of multiple programming languages, Java, JavaScript, XML, various design patterns, implementation, and testing tools.
- Exposure to Angular or ReactJS.
- Exposure to Oracle PL /SQL is a plus.
- Experience in Spring framework and ORM tools is a plus.
