We are seeking a talented professional to join our Operations team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogotá. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Property & Casualty Claims Analyst will support the entire process of creating, assigning, and notifying claims.

We will count on you to:

- Receive and review client claim notices.
- Create claims in the system and perform an initial analysis of the affected policies.

What you need to have:

- Technical or technologist degree in insurance, administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance (Transport, machinery, fire, liability, IRF).
- Experience performing claims triage.

- Insurance technologist certification.
- Service-oriented attitude and good relationship skills with internal clients.
- Advanced level of English.
