**Position**:Medical Coordinator

**City**:Cali (On site)

**Schedule**:Monday to friday from 8am to 6pm

**Remuneration**: $3'000.000 - 3'300.000

**Responsabilities**:
1. Taking phone calls from families that don’t speak English.

2. Let the family know what is happening with the patient.

3. Calling the families to remind them about the appointments.

4. Calling the doctor’s office to see if they need supplies.

5. Bridge between doctors, nurses and the family (Spanish to English).

6. Letting the client know the services they offer, how the process works.

7. Calling the doctor to get the authorization.

9. Following up with doctor offices to get the information on time, customer service side.

10. Helping with on boarding process.

11. Explain to families when they want to go home what are the next steps, after care from hospital to home.

12. Some extra duties, help with other departments.

- Tech savvy.
- Someone that has phone skills.

**Experience/background**:

- Healthcare background a nurse would be great but is not mandatory, 1 year of experience is fine.

**Salary**: $3,000,000 - $3,300,000 per month
