**Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**:
- Software Development: Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable software solutions using the.NET framework, focusing on ASP.NET MVC,.NET CORE, and web APIs.
- Code Quality: Ensure the highest standard of code quality and maintainability using best practices and design patterns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations on tasks.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in.NET development.
