**Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**:

- Software Development: Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable software solutions using the.NET framework, focusing on ASP.NET MVC,.NET CORE, and web APIs.
- Code Quality: Ensure the highest standard of code quality and maintainability using best practices and design patterns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations on tasks.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.

**Why We’ll Love You**:

- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in.NET development.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in C#, ASP.NET MVC,.NET CORE, Entity Framework, and SQLWeb API2. Strong understanding of the.NET framework and object-oriented programming principles.
- Database Proficiency: Experience with relational databases, particularly MS SQL and MySQL.
- Agile Methodology: Solid understanding and experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

- Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) or similar certifications.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Microservices Architecture: Knowledge of designing and developing microservices architecture is highly desirable.
- Front-End Frameworks: Experience with modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
