**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potenƟal clients to schedule appointments
- Keep accurate records of all calls and appointments in our database
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to provide them with the necessary information about appointments
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all Ɵmes
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-seƫng goals

**Requirements**:

- Making between 200 - 300 outbound calls daily.
- Ability to learn the Electronic Medical Records system to make appointments.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and insurance information.
- Easily be able to pivot between call campaigns.
- Adherer to provided scripts.
- Available for both in-person and Zoom training.
