Purpose_**

Contributes to the overall success of the Asset Servicing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, ensuring specific individual goals, initiatives are achieved in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities _**:

- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Strong data consolidation via running reports, balancing and querying large data sets.
- Manage all aspects of incoming payment files for processing at all Coupon, Interest and Maturity payments and pitches by reviewing online banking platforms.
- Ensure that all incoming payments files are timely loaded into system for processing.
- Ensure that all incoming payment files comply with internal standards.
- Provide a high level of customer service when regular updates, training and cross training other team members as required including providing coverage during absences or peak periods.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective an efficient operation to an inclusive work environment.

Education / Experience_**_ _**
- VBA, SQL or Python skills are preferred
- 1-3 years experience within financial services industry across Fixed Income & Equities
- Knowledge of Capital Markets
- Experience in financial services / reconciliation procedures / accounting
- Business/Finance degree is preferred
