Reclatam, a legal staffing company, is seeking a **Senior Immigration Paralegal** to join our client, a leading immigration law firm located in Colorado. This is a full-time remote position, focused on handling employment-based immigration processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage employment-based immigration cases (H-1B, PERM, L-1, TN, etc.)
- Draft and prepare legal documents related to employment-based immigration
- Utilize MyCase and Docketwise for case management, tracking deadlines, and document organization
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure a seamless workflow
**Requirements**:
- At least **2 years of uninterrupted experience with cases of employment based (E-2, H1B, I-140, PERM).**:
- Extensive experience with **MyCase** and **Docketwise** is required
- Strong understanding of employment-based immigration laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
