Key Responsibilities:
Evaluating the effectiveness of current business processes and suggesting improvements
Analyzing the flow of work from start to finish to identify inefficiencies or errors that could cause problems later in the process

- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience developing business requirements
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
Business process analysts need the following skills in order to be successful:
**Communication skills**: Business process analysts often work with a variety of individuals and teams throughout their workday. They must be able to communicate effectively with others to share information, explain processes and answer questions.
**Critical thinking and problem-solving skills**: Business process analysts use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop strategies for improving business processes. They may also use these skills to identify potential challenges that may arise during the implementation of a new process.
**Business knowledge**: Business process analysts need to have a thorough understanding of the company's operations. They need to know the company's goals and objectives, as well as the current processes and procedures in place. This knowledge is necessary to identify potential improvements to the company's processes.
**Technology skills**: Business process analysts need to be familiar with the most common software programs and tools used in business. This includes knowledge of software for data collection, data analysis and data visualization.
**Leadership skills**: Business process analysts often work with teams of other professionals, including other business analysts, software developers and other members of a company's IT department. Leadership skills can help you motivate and direct your team to complete projects on time and within budget.
**Qualifications**:
Industrial Engineer degree or Business Administration degree with experience in the BPO industry
English B2 minimum
Proven experience in the BPO industry, preferred in a Contact Center environment.
