Purchasing Agent

Telquest International is a rapidly growing telecommunications hardware reseller with over 30 years of success as a leader in this fast-paced industry. We are seeking self-motivated, career-oriented, organized, critical thinking, and detail-focused individuals to join our team

We are currently looking for a Purchasing Agent. This is a full-time opportunity from 9-6, Monday through Friday. We offer a complete benefits package which includes health insurance and a 401 (k) plan after a 3 months. Pay is commensurate with experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source suppliers, vendors, manufacturers and negotiate purchasing price
- Prepare purchase orders by verifying details, specifications, and pricing
- Monitor and expedite orders
- Maintain supplier’s database and keep employees up to date on any changes
- Keep track of incoming orders to ensure equipment arrives on time

Qualifications:

- Experience in sourcing, purchasing & negotiating
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office 365, Word)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and co-workers.
- Experience meeting supply/demand needs within the technology industry is a plus.
- NetSuite CRM software experience is a PLUS

Pay: $3,399,300 - $7,760,700 per year
