**About the Role**

As a **Senior UX/UI Designer**, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, user-focused web interfaces that drive business goals. This is a key role in transforming user experiences for high-profile digital projects, incorporating established design systems and best practices across platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create user-centered web interfaces that align with business objectives.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless website design solutions.
- Adapt and expand existing design systems to meet project requirements.
- Incorporate UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design into every project.
- Design features that promote user engagement, interaction, and conversion.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback to enhance team deliverables.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ** 7+ years** of experience specializing in UX/UI design for websites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and a user-centered approach.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma** and experience with prototyping.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with designers, engineers, and product teams.
- Advanced skills in working within and adapting content management systems (e.g., **AEM**) to technical constraints.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Preferred experience in **content marketing site design.**
