Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related to Digital Marketing

A Desirable Postgraduate in Digital Marketing

Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Spanish)

+1 year of Experience working remotely for USA-based companies.

Training in SEO

Experience handling social media, and Content Creation

**Experience**

+3 years of experience working in the Digital Marketing/ Social Media field

You have a track record of building or growing an engaged community

**JOB FUNCTIONS**

Identify and track relevant community metrics

Leader in digital strategy with proof of results

SEO-SEM- Ad campaigns

Creation of a strategic digital marketing plan

Creation of newsletters from the CRM for clients and prospects (biweekly)

Content creation for Facebook and Instagram

Create, manage, and analyze online marketing campaigns across display, search, affiliates, and social media to ensure acquisition and conversion goals are met

Manage online marketing campaigns including ad copywriting and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, creative testing, etc.

Research, collect and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for the online marketing campaigns

Generate and disseminate management reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends

Provide support throughout all areas of promotional strategies which include reaching out through social media

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

Must have experience working with US clients

Integrity, loyalty, and passion for his/her career

1-3 years of experience in using digital marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.)

Ability to work independently and learn new skills and marketing platforms quickly

Ability to make data-driven decisions & craft a story out of data to be shared across the company

Knowledge of attribution models, website analytics, and performance marketing campaign KPIs

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Internet and computer must be covered by the employee

**Salary**: $6,000,000 - $6,500,000 per month
