As a Regulatory Affairs Manager you will be responsible for lead regulatory affairs in the Andean Region for HNC business, work in close collaboration with other functional areas on the approval and commercialization of our solutions and advocate for the company interests. You are the key contact point for the related regulatory matters and to deliver top quality regulatory support to our customers, all with goal of making regulatory affairs a clear competitive advantage thereby contributing to business growth and reputation.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Contribute to the regional strategy related regulatory matters in the Andean region, developing and maintaining a strong culture of compliance establishing a positive relationship with key stakeholders such as customers/regulators/authorities, all with agility and simplicity.
- Build, develop, retain a strong regulatory expertise for the segments of dietary supplements, pharma, medical nutrition, and infant nutrition in the region in collaboration with the Director HNC RA Latam, RA Regional Managers, Sales, Operations and other functional areas.
- Support innovation projects in strong partnership with innovation teams and obtains, maintains and aligns registrations for new and segment-specific solutions and manage regional/local marketing/claims.
- Support the regional advocacy plan in the field of responsibilities and collaborate with trade associations.
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset to continue to win with our customers; continuously improve relevant processes, ways of working, tools, the organization via approved methodologies, systems/tools that are more sustainable or more efficient.
- Ensure highest adequate service to customers with a business-driven mindset.

**You Bring**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Science, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, with a scope in dietary supplement, infant formula, pharma and medical nutrition in Andean Region; ideally in similar industries whether on sector or customer side
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide practical and compliant solutions; demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful regulatory strategies.
- People leadership skills. Inspires, Influences, and motivates others to perform, also in a matrix organization with people who do not directly report into the role.
- Strong drive, especially in a transforming environment. Continuously looks for ways to improve and promote regulatory innovation and simplify to gain efficiencies.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity; ensure highest adequate service to customers.
