**O365 PLATFORM ANALIST**
**SoftwareOne**
Scope: Full-time | Office: Colombia (Medellín)| On site
Your challenges within the role will be:
- Provide support at the Hardware and Software level to incidents and user requirements
- Carry out validation follow-ups
- Management and solution of cases through the Services desk tool, Backlog management
- Monitoring of the improvement plans established in the processes
What we need to see from you:
Do not worry if you do not have some of the following skills, we will help you strengthen them. Just having knowledge in some of these, we can walk the rest of the way together: Technician or Technologist in Systems and/or related careers, with a minimum 3 years of experience in the role
**Profile**:
- ** Required skills**:
- Office 365 suite complete
- Handling tools for remote connection
- Azure Management, Enterprise Applications, Security and Compliance, Identity, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerShell, EndPoint (Intune), Exchange Online and On-premises, hybrid environments and cloud subscriptions
- ** Desirable skills**:
- Level 3 support in the different office 365 tools
