**Operations**

**KEY OBJECTIVE**:
Enfoque en las operaciones del canal Afinidades. Se trata de forma masiva las entradas de clientes asegurados y procesos, cobro y facturación. Generación de reportes tanto internos como a la región. Seguimiento y control a los nuevos proyectos.

**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Recibir, procesar y archivar ventas nuevas, cobros, inclusiones y exclusiones oportunamente
- Administrar lotes de printing y coordinar la entrega
- Garantizar (cuadrar) que la información enviada corresponda a la contenida en los archivos
- Interactuar permanentemente con los responsables/sponsors del intercambio de información y reporte de novedades
- Solicitar soporte requerido a la Región para solucionar inconsistencias al momento de la carga de información
- Realizar los procesos de conciliación y facturación de acuerdo con los ciclos de cada sponsor
- Generar y desarrollar soluciones para controlar los cuadres y la calidad de la información
- Manejo de proyectos on going
- Controles DM Generación y cargue a la región
- Seguimiento a los nuevos proyectosMejora de procesos al interior de Operaciones Masivos

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2 a 4 años de Experiência
- Educación:

- Últimos semestres de Ingeniería en Sistemas o carreras afín
- Idiomas:

- Inglés: Intermedio
- Español / Portugués: Avanzado dependiendo del país
- Office Package: Avanzado
- Otros:

- Excel: Avanzado
- SQL: Avanzado
- S6: Avanzado
- SIS: Intermedio
- Programación: Intermedio
- Seguros: AvanzadoAutomatización: Intermedio

**SCOPE & AUTHORITY**
- Delegaciones de autoridad en suscripción: contenidas en el sistema Artisan, el cual es administrado por las áreas de suscripción en la región.
- Delegaciones de autoridad en indemnizaciones: remitirse los documentos de nível de delegaci ó n custodiados por el VP de Indemnizaciones para Colombia.Gastos Generales y Obligation Authority: documentos de nível de delegación para gastos generales y Obligation Authority custodiados por al área Administrativa.
