VIP Operation Manager (Crypto Platform | Binance Experience Required | Senior Level)
We are seeking a highly experienced VIP Operation Manager to manage and enhance relationships with high-value users on our platform. This role is ideal for someone who understands user behavior in crypto environments and thrives in delivering top-tier user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, engage, and support VIP users to ensure a premium experience
- Build strong relationships with high-value users and understand their needs
- Collect user feedback and provide actionable insights to internal teams
- Continuously improve user satisfaction and retention strategies
- Monitor user behavior and proactively address issues Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, VIP support, or user management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Binance or similar crypto trading platforms
- High sensitivity to exchange rate fluctuations and market dynamics
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for user engagement Nice to Have
- Active user of social or community-based apps
- Familiarity with live streaming or interactive platforms
- Experience working with online communities or high-value users Work
