**What You Can Expect**:
Global Business Services (GBS) drives alignment among business units to integrate governance, locations, and business practices across the enterprise to achieve transformative performance improvements. GBS drives collaboration and sharing to improve delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes. The Americas GBS RTR Accountant has responsibility for performing various reporting and accounting duties including assisting in month end close process and providing general accounting support.

**How You'll Create Impact**:

- Look at preliminary inventory movements, create an inventory report, and send operations questions if there are issues
- Rebate corrections after analyzing the AP transactions for expenses booked in B/S
- Post any Brand reclass entries for Sales/COGS by market in P&L
- PIE on Samples, reclass no charge samples COGS from 3rd party COGS to marketing samples expense, and reclass the I/C markup on that COGS
- PPV- move PPV from 3rd party PPV expense to B/S, reconcile PPV activity for the month, and monthly Amortization entry
- I/C good receipts
- Move from 3rd party GRIR to IC
- Interco statement reconciliation to Warsaw and Hubco for Netting
- Month-end accruals
- GIT Aging schedule preparation
- Analyzing the GRIR accounts in SAP
- Review OPEX with the accounting team for accruals and adjusting JEs.
- Balance Sheet - Market reclass after OPEX JEs are completed
- Reconciliation for Blackline - Sales Tax account
- Quarterly, prepare JE for the sales return reserve.
- Inventory - Update Inventory standard costs (NPI or new purchases) and PO pricing.
- Backup support for team members performing RTR month-end activities.

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team member
- Working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Ability to work unsupervised on assigned tasks
- Ability to think critically to perform other duties and ad-hoc requests, as assigned.

**Your Background**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Intercompany accounting, Business Intelligence, or an accounting role.
- B2 level of English.
- Intermediate level of Excel, Power BI, SAP.
- International experience.
