**The Team and Job Summary**
We are looking for a Coordinator to assist with our communication and branding projects. This position will work closely with Marketing leadership as well as all the Marketing Centers of Excellence and Strategic Marketing Partners.

**Responsibilities**:
- Copywriting - support writing and editing needs for diverse collateral and marketing projects
- Maintain brand consistency across various channels including CVs, headshots, and website bios
- Work with store vendor to ensure inventory, accuracy of invoices, support to J.S. Held employees
- Identify advertising opportunities and help track reach/impact
- Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly, liaise with internal clients and team members, and meet deadlines
- Enhance document template platform functionality - file tagging, organization, reporting usage data, and implementing removal strategies
- Independently manage paid expert profiles and associated platforms, and work with other marketing centers of excellence on strategic plans to achieve highest ROI
- Project management for branding-related tasks - administration, execution, reporting
**Required Qualifications**
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field
- Significant experience in professional, commercial writing (5+ years)
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to plan and strategize high-profile projects
- A persuasive and confident approach to creativity
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective team management capabilities
- A keen attention to detail and deadlines
- Proven experience contributing to integrated marketing campaigns
- Keyword search and data analytics knowledge
- Ability to interact with various functional areas at management levels
- Ability to plan and lead initiatives independently
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in design using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
- Background in B2B Marketing
- Sharepoint and/or Templafy experience
**Physical and Mental Job Qualifications**
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
