HR Intern

As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Colombia. Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?

This is a position, based in Medellín, where you will be working as part of our Global People & Culture team. We are looking for someone eager to learn, curious about HR, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced international scale-up.

**What this role looks like**
As an HR Intern, you will get the chance to dive into the world of People & Culture, support our day-to-day operations, and learn how HR works in an international SaaS company. Your contributions will directly impact how we support, engage, and grow our amazing team

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings and screening CVs.
- Be involved in onboarding new colleagues, ensuring they feel a smooth and warm welcome into Virtuagym.
- Assist with HR administration, including updating records, contracts, and employee files.
- Participate in employee engagement activities (such as events, surveys, and fun team initiatives).
- Support with the health and safety plans / activities of the company.
- Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives to build and strengthen company culture.
- Gain hands-on experience in how HR works in an international SaaS scale-up while developing your professional skills.

**What you will bring to the team**
- Currently studying in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in recruitment, culture, and people development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (a must-have).
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
