Position Purpose:
Job Requirements:

- Ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of federal/state regulations related to employment.
- Use recruiting skills to identify and attract quality canidates through career fairs, community network events, and social media.
- Timely communication with applicants to include basic screening, scheduling interviews, background checks and onboarding.
- Oversee internal/external communication and hiring process.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university, one to three years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time managment abilities
- Schedule flexibility
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment
- Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
- Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
