**Responsibilities**: - Manage small team of employees engaged in performing routine clerical or processing tasks - Advise and resolve non-routine issues within cash & trade operations - Manage, evaluate performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, staffing etc. of team - Recommend new work procedures that will increase operating efficiency Ensure team meets performance and quality expectations of assigned tasks**Qualifications**: - 0-2 years of experience in a related role - Demonstrated experience with cash management processing and transaction services - Effective verbal, written, communication and analytical skills - Effective management, influencing and relationship skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
