We are searching for a **UX Designer w/ Research experience** **who has a passion for creating digital products and services that create value for our clients and their customers. You are as passionate about creativity as you are about human centered design and human outcomes. You advocate for the user, leveraging user insights to inform data-driven design decisions and product experiences for our clients and their customers. You create user-focused, elegant design solutions. You approach the work you do and the way you work with intelligence, imagination, drive, and humility.

**Key skills and experience**
- Must have 4+ years experience designing user experiences, taking projects from brief through to insight-led wireframes and prototypes that bring brands to life.
- A keenness to explore the problem space before interactively exploring solutions to meet those problems.
- **_ Must have experience in both supporting and directly planning and facilitating formative and evaluative research (e.g one-to-one interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc), as well as synthesis of data and reporting_**.
- Must have strong presentation skills, comfortable iterating and presenting ideas, interactions and flows with confidence, guiding project teams through your process.
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively with designers, product managers and engineers in an Agile environment to create great user experiences.
- Exposure to working directly with clients, understanding the needs of their business, their employees and their customers.
- An understanding of technical platforms and how to get things built.
- A growth mindset, curious and eager to explore diverse ideas and learning, and seeking new opportunities and challenges.

**What you will be doing**
- Create exceptional user experiences. You will create low-fidelity iterations, branching out to explore a range of ideas and solutions across different routes, and support your project team through iterative user-centered design processes and methods.
- Human centered design. Working within a team to help structure research approaches, conduct user research, analyzing results and making actionable design recommendations.
- Drive quality. You seek feedback and actively participate in critiques, bringing in multi-disciplinary perspectives to shape your thinking and designs.
- Co-create experiences. You will work in multi-disciplinary product teams, collaborating with engineering and product management to ensure your designs meet user, business and technology stakeholder needs.
- Confidently contribute to creating design systems for clients, or just as easily work with and evolve existing design systems.
