**Position**: Bilingual Pre-Suit Personal Injury Legal Assistant
**Location**: Remote (Experience in VA, MD, or D.C. preferred)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from start to finish, including **client intake, claims management, medical record requests, and settlement negotiations**.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both **English and Spanish**, ensuring clarity and comfort for Spanish-speaking clients.
- Screen incoming calls and provide accurate, professional information to clients.
- Utilize **Case Peer** software (and integration with Case Status) along with the **Microsoft Office Suite** to manage case files and documentation.
- Adapt to firm workflows and processes, including flexible working hours if required.

**Qualifications**
- **Fluent in English and Spanish** (spoken and written).
- 2 years of experience in **pre-litigation personal injury cases**.
- Strong understanding of **Virginia, Maryland, or D.C. laws** preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in **Case Peer**, **Case Status**, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
- Ability to work **independently** with mínimal supervision.
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable.
