**Job Description**:

Build relationships and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
- Help establish Prodigious as an employer of choice in the talent marketplace
- Stay ahead of the game by building and nurturing relationships with top passive talent
Strike the right balance between volume and quality
Partner with the broader Recruiting team to continuously improve our processes
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 6 months+ of full-cycle Recruiting experience, specifically in a high-growth/ high-performance environment in a competitive market
- Communication is one of your strengths. You are proactive, clear, and compelling in your written and oral communication
- A bias-to-action, high attention to detail, and an infectious sense of urgency
- A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
- The desire and appreciation for feedback as part of the effort to improve as a Recruiter and strategic business partner
- A positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to your work
- B2 english level
