The Bogota Information Technology Center (BITC) has a fundamental and critical role in SLB corporate transformation and for delivering digital solutions to the larger organization. **About this role**

Provide first level support for Schlumberger’s global network, server, security, and remote access infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to one of the four Shift Leaders of the Enterprise Management Center (EMC).
- Working 12-hour shift, day and night rotation every 2 weeks.
- Working with IT personnel of all levels.
- Complying with Schlumberger Quality, Health, Safety and Environment and IT Security policies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Essential qualifications_
- Must have strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to work
- closely with a team of dedicated individuals.
- Analytically minded with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Computer and networking hardware knowledge required.
- Basic IP network protocols knowledge required.
- CCNA a plus.
