**Mission**:
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be responsible for the reporting and data analysis of the Marketing team. He will play a key role in the interpretation of actionable data for country managers and analysts. You will report directly to the Customer Lifecycle Manager to jointly develop the Marketing BI area.

**Your Challenges**:

- Responsible for the interpretation and ordering of data used by the marketing team.
- Respond to specific questions from the different members of the marketing team.
- Automation of reporting and data analysis with business intelligence tools, including dashboard design, spreadsheets or related outputs, and variable modeling.
- Develop models of LTV, RFM, Churn prediction, purchase propensity, among others.
- Understand our buyer persona.
- Define audiences.
- Propose actionable insights from the models.
- Quantify the impact on our sales, retention and other KPIs

**Required Skills**:

- Graduated or about to graduate in engineering, systems, administration, economic sciences or related.
- Experience in managing MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, LookerStudio)
- Plus: Python experience.
- Advanced English
- Analytical knowledge of the various business areas.
- Knowledge of project management and Agile tools.
- Self-taught, autonomous and capable of self-management with responsibility.

- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships, exhibit and gain trust.
