HR Teamlead

As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Medellin team. As our new **HR Teamlead**, you will support our Medellin office and team and will work closely with the People team in Amsterdam. This is a remote position (within Colombia), where you will be working for our **Medellin** office. We are looking for a **full-time** employee. We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home at all times within Colombia.

**What this role looks like**

We are looking for a HR Teamlead to support our Medellin office and team in this wide-ranging role. You’ll be directly responsible for a broad spectrum of HR & Office Management related tasks varying from HR projects like implementing our HRIS locally, performance management and ongoing administrative work and making sure our office is a great place to work.

**Some of your key tasks as **HR Teamlead**
- Onboarding & Offboarding new employees
- Contract & Payroll administration
- Implementation of Bamboohr (HRIS) to handle sickness registration, visa admin, health insurances etc.
- Performance Management
- Assisting with recruitment
- Office management; you will ensure that our office is a nice place to work and organize events to bring the team closer together

**What you will bring to the **People** team**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience;
- Independent and proactive;
- Good understanding of local employment laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English/Spanish;
- People skills;
- Enthusiastic and persistent.

**The hiring process**

The hiring process for this role consists of 3 interviews in total. You will be meeting our Head of People & Culture, our Head of Data & Analytics (part of the Medellin team) and one of our CEO’s. All interviews will take place via video conferencing.
