Grow with us as **Associate Packing Tech** **in **Kellogg. **You will Execute, manage and lead technical Packaging development projects of high level of complexity. Execute Packaging adaptations to industrial levels, scale-up, testing and start-up, assuring new product complies with Quality, Sanitation and Safety Standards.

Support Ideation process, Packaging adaptation and scale-up. Works towards influencing decisions related to process definition, technical relationships with suppliers and vendors, line commissioning, production start-up, full documentation of Know-How, and budget management of assigned projects.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

In your role as **Associate Packing Tech** you will be part of our success by having the following responsibilities:

- Execution with excellence of medium complex projects. Full compliance with Quality/Design, cost and time requirements per LPM direction.
- Participate in relationships with vendors. Packaging material selection jointly with food developer, material ordering, test materials, inventory management. Collaborate in test staffing, usage of line time, requesting, tracking and reporting.
- Pre-costing and costing of all assigned projects focusing on Packaging technology steps. Time tracking in MARS, Quality manuals, support definition of image & defect manuals, budget management and tracking.
- Serve as guardian to obtain the best possible Packaging in all work activities. Support and promote Packaging Innovation actions.
- Expand knowledge by participating and learning from other areas of expertise within RNT.
- Active participation in activities such as Ideation sessions internally or with consumers, international Packaging shows, Cereal or Snacks challenges.
**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:

- Industrial Design or Engineering degree
- Desired to have 4-5 year experience in Packaging Technology, Plant Manufacturing or overall Supply Chain.
- Fluent English and an advanced knowledge of Excel
