**Legal Assistant (Remote - Colombia)**

**Location**: Remote (Colombia)

**Salary**: 2,000,000 - 3,000,000 COP/month (depending on experience)

**Schedule**: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Colombia time)

We provide comprehensive solutions, including real estate services, business acquisitions, and immigration support. We are expanding our team and looking for a bilingual Legal Assistant to join us remotely from Colombia.

**Position Overview**

We’re seeking a competent, responsible, and bilingual Legal Assistant to support our immigration consulting practice. You will assist the immigration attorney on calls, handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls from prospects and clients (including tourist visa inquiries), coordinate documents, and keep our CRM up to date. A law degree is not required—strong phone skills, service mindset, and immigration familiarity are.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the immigration attorney on client matters, calls, follow-ups, and scheduling.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with prospects/clients regarding immigration processes (incl. tourist visas), capture needs, and set next steps.
- Conduct initial phone screening/intake, collect required documents, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Share clear status updates and prepare basic summaries/notes for the attorney.
- Coordinate appointments, reminders, and service-level timelines.
- Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and compliance standards at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual (English B2+-C1 & Spanish)—excellent phone presence and writing.
- Call-center/phone support experience (high volume, scripting, objection handling).
- Familiarity with U.S./Canada immigration basics (e.g., visa categories, timelines).
- Strong organization, follow-through, and responsibility in daily tasks.
- Comfortable using CRM/office tools (e.g., call logs, ticketing, docs).
- Nice to have: prior experience in immigration, legal ops, real estate, or relocation.
- Not required: law degree.
