This is a remote position.

Schedule:

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 11 am to 7 pm PST Monday to Friday (1 pm to 8 pm Colombia Time)

Client Timezone: Los Angeles, CA (Pacific Time)

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the initial point of contact with prospective customers, engaging in friendly conversations to book free in-home consultation appointments. Your ability to build rapport and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition will directly impact their success in acquiring new business.

**Responsibilities***:

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to homeowners in targeted areas
- Deliver a compelling sales pitch highlighting the company’s free window inspection offer
- Book confirmed appointments for in-home consultations with interested prospects
- Achieve minimum targets for scheduled appointments per week/month
- Accurately log all call activity and outcomes in the company’s CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (slight accents acceptable)
- Proven ability to have natural, engaging phone conversations
- Prior experience in sales, call center, or customer service roles
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted calling
