**Job Summary**:
This role involves managing regional client relationships and operations for a global dedicated meetings team at BCD Meetings & Events. The primary focus is to achieve client objectives regarding program development, operational consistency, and stakeholder engagement while also meeting BCD M&E’s goals related to financial performance, client retention, and service quality.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **
Client Relationship & Strategy Owner**:

- Oversee client relationships and ensure program alignment with financial and service goals.
- Collaborate on annual business objectives and lead regional account reviews and negotiations.
- ** Financial Performance**:

- Manage budgets and invoicing for client services.
- Monitor profitability and explore opportunities for account expansion.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Develop presentations and communicate strategic ideas.
- Share insights and ensure alignment with client expectations across the organization.
- ** Operational Performance**:

- Collaborate with operations to meet service level agreements and optimize performance.
- Implement contractual obligations and track client satisfaction.
- ** Team Culture & People Management**:

- Foster BCD M&E values within the team.
- Manage staff performance, recruitment, and training.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Expertise in analytics and budget management.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to change.
- Fluent English (required)
- Portuguese (plus)

**Education & Experience**:

- College degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years in the industry, with specific experience in the pharmaceutical meeting sector.
- Proficient in meeting operations and technology.
