We're actively seeking a Senior Video Editor who will be instrumental in our content production journey. Given YouTube's dynamic pace, your expertise will be crucial in translating our creative visions into reality, all while staying true to the original narrative of the storyteller.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit a short-form/ long-form video content for various social media platforms, with a target of producing multiple videos per day.
- Master the art of condensing narratives and messages into concise, attention-grabbing clips that captivate viewers within the first few seconds.
- Expertly utilize advanced editing techniques, such as jump cuts, transitions, color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects, to create dynamic and visually appealing content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements for short-form video content.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and quick turnaround times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with advanced knowledge of its features, tools, and workflows.
- Extensive experience with Adobe After Effects, including compositing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Deep understanding of social media video trends, audience preferences, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., aspect ratios, captions, etc.).
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to convey compelling narratives in a concise and engaging manner.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, timing, and pacing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with content creators and influencers.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback, with a willingness to experiment and continuously improve.
- A passion for creating captivating short-form video content that resonates with modern audiences.
