Lead Labvantage Developer

We are looking for a remote Lead LabVantage Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will focus on developing code in LabVantage for custom business logic, configuring LabVantage to implement requested workflows, consulting with Business Analysts about LabVantage capabilities and limitations, and developing integrations of LabVantage with other systems and lab tools. You will work closely with a team of Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to deliver quality results within specified deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop code in LabVantage for custom business logic
- Consult with Business Analysts about LabVantage capabilities and limitations
- Configure LabVantage to implement requested workflows
- Develop integrations of LabVantage with other systems and lab tools
- Provide estimates for requested changes and evaluate dependencies
- Contribute to project documentation to describe technical solutions and architecture
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of issues, including issues with integrations and data flows from other systems
- Work in a team (including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA) by iterative sprints and closely collaborate at all team ceremonies

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Strong experience and knowledge of LabVantage LIMS development and customization
- Expertise in developing integrations of LabVantage with other systems and lab tools
- Experience in configuring LabVantage to implement requested workflows
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Groovy
- B2+ English level proficiency for seamless communication
