**Must haves**
- Significant practical experience with **Java** as a **Senior or Lead**:

- Knowledge of best practices for **REST API design and implementation**:

- Technical background with expertise in **engineering principles** and **design patterns**:

- Experience with DevOps practices
- Experience in managing AWS infrastructure
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines from scratch
- Knowledge of flexible and configurable **Storybook** development and documentation
- Proven proficiency in **unit testing **and **integration testing** frameworks and methodologies
- Strong dedication to delivering code that is free of bugs, **ensuring a seamless user experience**:

- Passionate about writing clean, **reusable**, maintainable, and highly-performant code
- Experience following **accessibility compliance** requirements
- Strong **communication skills** with excellent interpersonal effectiveness
- Pro-active ability to **troubleshoot** and **solve problems**:

- Demonstrated **ability to prioritize tasks effectively**, delivering work with speed and high quality
- Comfortable working in an Agile Kanban team

**Nice to haves**
- Production experience with Scala is a huge plus
- Experience in DevOps practices
- End-to-end testing experience, mainly using Selenium
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with configuration and improvement of AWS infrastructures
