Our client is an online travel company for consumer and small business travel. They own numerous well-known vacation rental online marketplaces. It connects homeowners and property managers with travelers who seek the space, value, and amenities of vacation rental homes and hotels.
**YOU ARE**:
- Possessing 4+ years of previous experience in building highly available and scalable systems
- Proficient in Java/ Kotlin
- Skilled in using AWS and Kubernetes
- Strong in Spring Cloud
- Good at Datadog and Splunk
- Having knowledge or experience in Go
- Able to test, monitor, debug, fix issues within established SLAs, using testing and monitoring tools
- Capable of establishing operational excellence metrics at the team level
- Confident in designing software that is easily testable and observable
- Strongly understanding how team goals fit a business need
- Showing additional perks in_
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Intermediate+ English level
- Good soft skills and proactive attitude
- Experience formally mentoring at least 3 individuals and driving technical design end-to-end for (3+ projects)
- Desire to learn new technologies
