Cash Application Representative

**Position: Cash Application Represenative -** **Location: Bogotá, Colombia**
**Role**:
As our next **Cash Application Represenative**, you will be responsible for accurately posting and reconciling customer payments in a timely manner to support our finance operations.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Ensure cash is posted within two business days of receipt
- Identify overpayments/refunds and alert the collections team
- Reconcile and balance payment batches
- Investigate unapplied or unidentified payments
- Prepare and post adjustments with appropriate approvals
- Escalate concerns or discrepancies to your manager
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using **Sage**:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- English proficiency (required)
