**Descripción**del**rol**:
El/la Desarrollador/a Senior.NET es responsable de liderar el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones tecnológicas robustas y escalables utilizando el ecosistema.NET. Este rol requiere una combinación de habilidades técnicas avanzadas, pensamiento estratégico y capacidad de liderazgo para guiar a equipos de desarrollo, garantizar la calidad del código y contribuir a la evolución arquitectónica de las aplicaciones.

**️**Responsabilidades**clave**:

- Diseñar e implementar soluciones de software utilizando tecnologías.NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, etc.).

- Liderar iniciativas técnicas, revisiones de código y decisiones de arquitectura.

- Desarrollar APIs RESTful, servicios backend y componentes reutilizables.

- Colaborar con equipos de producto, QA y DevOps para asegurar entregas eficientes y de alta calidad.

- Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos, proponiendo soluciones sostenibles.

- Aplicar buenas prácticas de desarrollo: principios SOLID, patrones de diseño, pruebas automatizadas, etc.

- Participar en la planificación de proyectos, estimación de tiempos y definición de entregables.

- Mentorizar a desarrolladores junior y fomentar una cultura de mejora continua.

- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre nuevas tecnologías y tendencias en el ecosistema Microsoft.

**Tecnologías**y**herramientas**deseadas**:

- Lenguaje: C#

- Frameworks:.NET Core /.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC / Web API

- Bases de datos: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

- Frontend (deseable): JavaScript, React, Angular o Blazor

- DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, contenedores (Docker)

- Control de versiones: Git

- Pruebas: xUnit, NUnit, Moq, Postman

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o afines.

- +5 años de experiência en desarrollo de software con.NET.

- Experiência liderando proyectos o equipos técnicos.

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y tomar decisiones técnicas.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

- Nível de inglés intermedio o avanzado (según entorno de trabajo).
