**What you will do**:

- Review and guide your team in their day-to-day activities, provide actionable insight and improve their performance;
- Provide resources, channels, and guidance for the team to ensure customers receive the highest quality support;
- Serve as a point of escalation;
- Monitor KPIs to provide direction and feedback at both departmental and individual levels;
- Support customer retention efforts through a focus on delivering best-in-class customer service that exceeds customer expectations;
- Communicate with different teams within the company.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English;
- Experience in B2B Customer Support;
- Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript;
- Basic understanding of operating systems;
- Analytical & Research Skills.

**Will be a great plus**:

- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM system;
- Experience with Jira;
- Technical background.
